Shipping policy

Summary

  • Order cutoff: 12pm EST
  • Order handling: 1-2 days
  • Order transit: 3-5 days
  • Free shipping in contiguous US (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands)

Shipping process

Our carriers are FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL.

When you place your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. That also mean that the order is in our order handling system and our warehouse will soon start working on it.

You may cancel your order at any point before it is shipped, just contact us at support@shopscratchgolf.com.

If you place your order before 12pm EST, we will start working on it the same day.

On average, it takes us 1-2 days to prepare your order. Once we hand it over to the delivery service, it takes another 3-5 days before it reaches you.

Please be aware that we ship only to the contiguous US. We also do not ship internationally.

Some products available are shipped directly from the manufacturer and can be subject to a different order handling time than listed above.

Order Tracking

Each order is assigned a unique tracking code which helps you keep an eye on your order. Once we have shipped your package, we will send you a confirmation email - and within that email, you'll get your tracking code. 

Delayed Orders

If your order gets delayed, do not panic. Make sure to frequently check its status using the tracking code and please allow 3 additional days for your items to arrive.

If the deadline extension has passed and still nothing arrived, please contact us at support@shopscratchgolf.com with your order number / tracking code and we'll immediately start investigating what the problem is.

Damaged Orders

When your package arrives, take your time and inspect the packaging of your order. If there is damage, make a note of it during the delivery. 

Then, please take the photos of the box, the damage and SKU and contact us at support@shopscratchgolf.com with brief description of this damage. Please do so within 24 hours of receiving your products - only then will we be able to help you with the freight insurance claim.
