Refund policy

  • 25% restocking fee

You may initiate your return at any point within 30 days of accepting the package (counting from when you receive the order, not when you place it on our site).

You can begin the process by contacting us at support@shopscratchgolf.com. Remember to include a proof of purchase. Please do not send anything to us without contacting us in the first place, as your package will be rejected and returned back to you.

Please take the state of your items into consideration before initiating the return. All products must be in a new-like condition, unused and with original tags still attached. If these conditions are not met, we may reject your return.

Custom made items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

You as the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order without stating a reason. You should however do so before the order is shipped (which usually happens within 1-2 days of placing it). If you reach out to us in time, we will be able to refund you the full amount - otherwise the standard return policy applies, including the 25% restocking fee.

Damages

When your package arrives, take your time and inspect the packaging of your order. If there is damage, make a note of it during the delivery. 

Then, please take the photos of the box, the damage and SKU and contact us at support@shopscratchgolf.com with brief description of this damage. Please do so within 24 hours of receiving your products - only then will we be able to help you with the freight insurance claim.

Warranty

Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer; see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, it does not qualify.

BOGO Returns

If you wish to receive a full refund for items bought in a BOGO (buy one, get one) promotion, you need to return both items.

If you return just one, we will compensate the remainder with store credit of equal value.

Chargebacks

We urge you to contact our customer team before you file for a chargeback. Each and every time, we're able to find a mutually beneficial solution. If you file a fraudulent chargeback, we will proceed with filing criminal charges for theft.
